For this particular custom lure rod build we chose a beautiful dyed wood block with a gorgeous colour pattern. It was built full handle style around a anodised aluminium reel seat and 3d metal trout in the butt section . The rod spigot wraps we wanted to pick up the orange in the wood so we used a 2 thread combination to achieve this on the joints . The fuji t2 gunmetal torzite guides were Wrapped ghost style to show off the entire beautiful guides that they are .The handle was finished off with custom made butt cap and gunmetal ring and hook keeper

The blank was a 6 ft , 3 piece , 1-8g fiberglass in amber colour , perfect for hard crank baits in larger streams or rivers
